Begin your adventure with a pickup from a meeting point in El Calafate, followed by a short transfer to the kayaking area near Prefectura Naval. Upon arrival, receive a brief introduction and safety briefing before being provided with all the necessary technical equipment.

No previous kayaking experience is required, as the activity is carried out at a relaxed pace and under the supervision of professional bilingual guides. Once on the water, paddle along calm sections of Lake Argentino, covering a distance of approximately 5 kilometers.

The kayaking portion lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. From the lake, enjoy wide panoramic views of the Patagonian steppe and the Andes mountain range, as well as observe local birdlife such as swans, flamingos, and other native species that inhabit the shoreline.

The timing of the excursion is carefully planned to coincide with sunset, creating a particularly scenic atmosphere as the light changes and reflections appear on the surface of the water. Throughout the experience, the guides provide continuous assistance and share insights about the natural environment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable outing.

After completing the kayaking circuit, return to the starting point and be transferred back to El Calafate.
