Your group will choose two of the following: hiking, biking, or kayaking. The group will all do the same two activities. Activity #1: 1 hour 45 minutes Lunch: 30 minutes Activity #2: 1 hour 45 minutes Hiking: Choose from the Twin Peaks Trail (medium/hard) or a variety of flatter but none the less beautiful trails (easy). The Twin Peaks Trail starts at a steady climb through the trees, you'll see a variety of flora on your hike, and learn about the plants and animals that call the Eklutna Valley home. Once you break through the tree line, you are greeted with incredible views of the turquoise waters of Eklutna Lake and the surrounding mountains. Biking: Biking will be on the Lakeside Trail. This is doable for a beginner biker, but please note is is a gravel trail, with loose rocks and some hills and possible mud. Great views of Eklutna Lake. Kayaking: We'll load you up in sea kayaks and get you on the turquoise waters of Eklutna Lake. Lunch: Lunch includes sandwiches, chips, fresh fruit, and water.
