Great guide, organized and reliable tour company. Keep in mind that once you reach the summit (or 2nd floor), the guide is no longer with you and you’re on your own.

The excursion is quite pricey for what’s included, but it saved us time by having a guide get us through a priority line and onto the elevator much faster than if we had entered on our own. Emilio was very personable and told us some interesting history of the tower as he went along with us. The guide only goes with you up to the first level and then you’re on your own to go to the top. The views are incredible from there. Happy we spent the extra money to access the top.

The experience really helped streamline the whole process of getting into the grounds and then up the elevator with guaranteed access to the top and 2nd floors. Otherwise, it is such a zoo. The crowds and waits are unavoidable, but it certainly was much better having this booking. Most of all, our tour guide. Abby, was just amazing. She was so sweet, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. She made a point of making everyone in the group feel seen and special.

Be 15 min before your time at their office. Out tourguide Mathias was very nice guy. Expect minimum 1,5h from start before you get elevators to the top, despite of prebookings. But worth to go at least once in life .

Great value. Easy to locate the office. Quick in and out to get checked in. The tour guide was very nice and provided some interesting information that we would not have had on a self tour. She also guided us through the multiple access points.
