The experience really helped streamline the whole process of getting into the grounds and then up the elevator with guaranteed access to the top and 2nd floors. Otherwise, it is such a zoo. The crowds and waits are unavoidable, but it certainly was much better having this booking. Most of all, our tour guide. Abby, was just amazing. She was so sweet, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. She made a point of making everyone in the group feel seen and special.

This was by far one of the worst tour experiences I’ve ever had, ruining what should have been a magical experience in Paris. We arrived at the Eiffel Tower, waited in line, and only then were told we had to walk several blocks away to meet people literally sitting on a sidewalk to get our actual tickets. By the time we figured this out, we had already missed our scheduled time. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff acted like they were doing us a favor by making us wait another hour to join a different group. Once we finally got in, they wasted even more of our time with unnecessary delays. We eventually gave up and went up on our own. The staff was unapologetic, and we ran into several other frustrated visitors who had the exact same experience. To make matters worse, the tickets themselves are only $36 — yet we paid $90. After all the disorganization and wasted time, we ended up missing our scheduled cruise following the Eiffel Tower. Save yourself the money and frustration — buy tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower and skip this scam of an “excursion.”

The Eiffel Tower skip-the-line tour was fantastic. The Tower itself is incredible, and our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and full of interesting details we never knew. We went in the afternoon, and even though it was hot in Paris, it was surprisingly comfortable once we were up on the Tower. The skip-the-line tickets worked exactly as promised and got us quickly to the second level. The only wait was from the second level up to the summit, which took about 45 minutes to an hour. That part can’t be skipped, so anyone booking should budget extra time. The only downside was the gentleman at the meeting office. We arrived 15 minutes early to be safe, but he refused to engage with us until the exact scheduled time, which came off as unnecessarily rude. Overall though, the tour itself was excellent and well worth it. Five stars.
