Wrap yourself in a delicious day, learn how to cook typical Ecuadorian food, feel like a local person for a day, enjoy the CANELAZO welcome drink, then a shopping tour in the market of vegetables and condiments needed to prepare our delicious buffet. Then we dress up with our apron and gloves to start preparing the delicious food, with the tour guide of our CERTIFIED CHEF. At the end we will enjoy the magical taste of a typical Ecuadorian dish accompanied by a PREVIEW of the Historic Center of Quito. Our itinerary is as follows:
1.- Welcome Canelazo
2.- Shopping walk through the vegetable market to obtain several of the ingredients that we will use in our Cooking Class.
3.- Preparation of the work table and hygiene measures prior to food preparation.
4.- We start with the preparation of our food in our Rooftop and with our Chef, which will take us approximately 1h30.
5.- While we prepare the food we will have time to take pictures from our terrace with a beautiful view of the historic center, while enjoying a natural juice or wine.
6.- Once the food preparation is finished, we serve the dishes we have cooked to enjoy eating on our Rooftop.
7.- Leave all the utensils in the kitchen in their respective location and leave everything clean.
