Explore the Ebro River on a rafting adventure. Choose from a variety of options, including rafting, canoraft, and hydrospeed. Navigate the river at your own pace in a canoe.
Meet at the Cantabria Activa Rafting base in the Ebro reservoir. The Ebro reservoir is one of the largest swamps in Spain and is located south of Cantabria and north of Burgos. The swamp is within the Natura 2000 Network, an area with special protection where you can observe birds of all types.
Paddle through the calm waters of the swamp and discover the fine sand beaches of the reservoir. Find hidden places to observe the birds that are found there. Choose from a variety of routes, including the Montesclaros-Aldea del Ebro section, the Arroyo-Bustasur section, and the Arroyo-Bárcena de Ebro section.
Get equipped with all the necessary material to carry out the rafting descent, including a wetsuit, an approved whitewater vest and helmet, paddles, and booties. Bring a swimsuit and a towel. After your adventure, take advantage of the shower facilities, barbecue, and parking.
