E-Bikes and Flavors Under the Stars: An Adventure in Val Troncea
Imagine the exact moment when the sun disappears behind the Alpine peaks, painting the sky in shades of pink and purple. The air becomes crisp, and the centuries-old larch trees prepare for the night. It is in this magical twilight atmosphere that our adventure begins. The Itinerary
The meeting point and departure are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the hamlet of Pattemouche (Pragelato), the picturesque gateway to the Val Troncea Natural Park. Accompanied by our guides, we will start cycling along the trail that runs alongside the Chisone stream. Thanks to pedal assist, the approach will be an enjoyable experience for everyone: take in the scenery as it fades into the darkness, until we switch on our powerful headlights, transforming the forest into a corridor of magical light.

Dinner and Return
The destination of our nighttime exploration is the Troncea Refuge (1,915 meters / 6,283 feet). Awaiting us will be the warmth typical of high-altitude mountain lodges and the intoxicating aroma of authentic cuisine. We will share a dinner featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes, a delicious and well-deserved reward after our ride. With our energy replenished, the enjoyable descent back under the Milky Way will bring us back to our starting point at around 10:00 p.m.
