  • Scottish gins paired with cheeses delves into Scottish gin and the unique approaches of the Scottish distillers. We take you around Scotland with eight craft gin samples showing varying styles and the diverse nature of gin produced around Scotland.

    This masterclass is designed to introduce guests to the idea of pairing gin with both cheese and premium mixers. We use a selection of mixers from Cushiedoo Tonic, Bon Accord Tonic and Fever-Tree Mixers with the aim of developing flavours.

    We cover key Scottish gin facts, as well as Scottish production, Scottish botanicals and more. This class gives you a firm grounding in Scottish gins and how best to enjoy them after the class.

    We recommend this class to anyone interested in Scottish gins.

    • This session is around two hours long and is hosted by one of the senior “Gin Gents” team

    • This class is not suitable for dairy intolerant guests

    • Strictly over 18s (we operate Challenge 25 for ID)
