Guided by the village families, you will experience the art of artisanal cheese making, learning ancient techniques and secrets passed down from generation to generation. It will not only be a hands-on experience, but a journey into the values of simplicity, warmth and sharing that define this small community.

After creating your cheese, you will savor the fruits of your labor with a tasting of local products and homemade bread, surrounded by a genuine, family atmosphere.

Marcatobianco is not just a destination: it is a dive into the authenticity of Sicily and the soul of its traditions.
