This “Truffles & Champagne” masterclass has been designed as a true introduction to the art of food and wine pairing, to discover how the subtle aromas of truffles bring out all the finesse of great Champagne cuvées.

During this food tasting, you will discover several carefully crafted pairings with a glass of Brut Champagne selected to enhance each bite:

° Parmesan cream toast with truffle and crispy chips
° Canapé with summer truffle cream and shavings of fresh truffle
° Canapé with black truffle sauce, avocado, and smoked salmon
° Truffle popcorn

The experience will be enhanced by a sparkling glass of Brut Champagne, with the Champagne House to be discovered on site (you can request one or more additional glasses of champagne for €8 per glass).

For those who do not wish to taste truffle products, we offer a sweet, truffle-free cream with crunchy pistachios to accompany their glass of champagne.
The store can be booked privately for this unique experience.

At the end of the food tasting, you can take home the bottle of champagne you discovered during the experience, along with truffle-infused ingredients, so you can easily recreate these pairings at home and extend this exceptional moment during a dinner or an aperitif.
