This “Truffles & Champagne” masterclass was designed as a true introduction to the art of food and wine pairing, to discover how the subtle aromas of truffles reveal all the finesse of the great Champagne cuvées.
During this food tasting, you will discover several carefully crafted pairings with a glass of brut champagne selected to enhance each bite:
° Toast with truffle-flavored Parmesan cream and crispy chips
° Toast with summer truffle cream and fresh truffle shavings
° Toast with black truffle sauce, avocado, and smoked salmon
° Truffle popcorn
The experience will be enhanced by a sparkling glass of BRUT CHAMPAGNE, with the champagne house to be discovered on site (you can request one or more additional glasses of champagne for €8 per glass).
For those who do not wish to taste truffled products, we offer a non-truffled sweet cream, crunchy pistachio, to accompany their glass of champagne.

At the end of the food tasting, you can take home the bottle of champagne you discovered during the experience and some truffled ingredients, so you can easily recreate these pairings at home and extend this exceptional moment during a dinner or an aperitif.
