What you can expect

  • Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, in the hamlet of Les Aireaux, in an enchanting setting on the banks of the bucolic Charente River. The story begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, the founding father of the winery in the very heart of the Cognac region.
    It was in 1985 that Jean-Louis Brillet created La Belle de Brillet, whose name pays tribute to his “Belle,” his wife Isabelle. A unique liqueur combining pear and cognac, with its distinctive pear-shaped bottle, it is made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added colorings or flavorings. It is highly versatile, whether enjoyed as a digestif or an aperitif, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
