Bangkok’s back streets are full of surprises. Your journey begins in Talat Noi — one of Bangkok’s oldest Chinese neighbourhoods — where century-old shrines, traditional shophouses, and colourful street art line the narrow backstreets. From there, cycle through the lively streets of Chinatown, pass through the flower market filled with lotus blossoms and marigold garlands, and make your way to the river.

Cross the Chao Phraya River via the historic Memorial Bridge into Thonburi and explore ancient temple grounds where turtles gather at the water’s edge, offering a glimpse of a quieter side of Bangkok. It’s a peaceful contrast to the busy streets and markets you’ve just experienced. Return to the city by local ferry and enjoy a different perspective of Bangkok’s historic waterway.

Along the way, your guide will introduce you to local snacks and share stories about the neighbourhoods you visit. The tour finishes near Silom, within easy walking distance of the BTS, MRT, shopping centres, Lumphini Park, and Bangkok’s vibrant nightlife.

The route is mostly flat and ridden at a relaxed pace, making it suitable for anyone comfortable riding a bicycle.
