  • You do not need previous scuba diving experience.
  • Children 12 and younger are not allowed.
  • If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
  • You must have good circulation and healthy, unblocked breathing.
  • You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.
  • If you are pregnant, may not take part.
  • This course is in English. Participants must have a good command of the English Language.
  • You will need to complete a medical questionnaire. All participants need to be physically fit, know how to swim, and be comfortable in the water to dive.
  • Check-in is 10 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.

Discover the underwater world normally saved for certified scuba divers during this introductory dive. See why St. Martin draws thousands of divers each year to their waters over the course of 2 fascinating hours.

Upon arriving at your convenient location, meet your instructor and dive partner and receive some brief instructions on your dive gear. After learning what to expect your first time in the water and getting fitted with your gear, you're ready to begin your adventure.

Follow your dive instructor as you walk into the water and dip below the surface. Learn to breathe with the help of your regulator, descending into the calm waters with the surface still visible above you.

Once you've explored the shallow reefs and become acquainted with the sensation of scuba diving, return to the shore.
