Discover Freediving with our Discover Freediving Experience at DEEP REPUBLIC. Unleash your potential and dive into adventure today! Immerse yourself in Jaco freediving with a 1/2 experience. Your instructor is a well seasoned Molchanov Freediving Instructor and avid spear fisherman. We meet in the morning for a 30 minute theory session, followed by a 30 minute mobility and breath work session. Once this is complete, we head out for the dive! ITs about a 20 minute boat ride and about 2 hours of time in the ocean. Water, fruits, and snacks will be provided on the boat. We also provide state of the art freediving gear. This course is ideal for beginners or those wanting a taste of freediving before committing to a full course. We cover basic safety procedures, essential breathing techniques, basic equalization, and ocean comfort. Prerequisites: Swimming proficiency, good health and fitness, minimum age of 16 (parental consent for under 18). All necessary freediving gear supplied at no extra cost; participants can also bring their own equipment. Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.) recommended for the boat trip.
