and white Port sauce
or Main (option 2): Shi drum fillet with Aegina pistachio crust, Jerusalem
artichoke purée, and nduja sauce
Dessert: Caramel semifreddo infused with Greek coffee cream and
crunchy caramelised hazelnuts
