We invite you to step into a different role. In Dialogue in the Dark, you give up your sense of sight. In small groups of no more than 8 people, you will be guided through our lightless exhibition route by our blind hosts, who are the “seeing ones” for 60 minutes. Equipped with a long cane, you will discover a seemingly familiar world in a completely new way, whether taking a walk through a park or crossing a street intersection.

Everyday situations, such as a walk through a park or a visit to a bar, become a unique adventure in rooms with absolutely no light. Visitors experience how they place their trust in complete strangers who are blind and who guide them through the darkness with absolute security. Dialogue in the Dark is an immersive experience exhibition where you are guided through various everyday scenarios in complete darkness by blind or visually impaired guides. This unique experience makes it possible to experience everyday life and its challenges from the perspective of a blind or visually impaired person, thus fostering understanding and empathy. Over a drink in the dark in the Dunkelbar, you will have the opportunity to ask all the questions that came up during the tour and gain deeper insights into life without visual perception.

Discover soccer in a whole new way! At selected times, we offer a special tour with a focus on soccer. Our blind hosts become your eyes and guide you through a lightless exhibition route that includes a football museum and a replica of HSV's Volkspark Stadium. Experience the fascination of soccer in complete darkness and immerse yourself in fan culture – without any visual perception. The tour ends in our dark bar, where you can learn more about life as a blind soccer fan over a drink and ask all your questions.
