  • As a coral island, our beach can be rocky. Water shoes are recommended.
  • Children 2 years and younger are complimentary.
  • You must be 8 or older to participate in the optional SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities.
  • Our Chilean and Cuban flamingos can be admired from a distance with a standard ticket. To mingle with them you must upgrade to one of our premium sections.
  • For the Upgrade Activities; SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities, a doctor’s letter of release is required if you or someone in your party has any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, and asthma.
  • It is a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please schedule your snorkel adventure accordingly.
  • Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • Hotel pickup is available from most Aruba hotels, if selected.

Please note that the entry ticket does not include access to mingle with the flamingos or other exclusive areas. To enjoy these special experiences, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our premium sections, such as VIP Palapas, Private Cabanas, Premium Seating, or Beach Cabanas.
