After a 2-hour drive, you will arrive at your destination. You will be immediately amazed by the Zakopane-style architecture, known for its turn-of-the-20th-century wooden chalets. Two characteristic examples of this style are Villa Oksza and Museum of the Zakopane Style at Willa Kolliba where you should definitely pause in order to take some photos and why not admire their interior. Next. take a stroll down Krupowki, the main street of the village that attracts many tourists all year round. Stop by at a workshop to see how local art is made, shop souvenirs and handmade accessories and of course, taste the local delicacies. You can also visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, a Catholic Church of an unusual shape.

The highlight of the region is the cable car ride to Mount Gubalowkathat offers spectacular views of the snow-capped Tatras. If you are a fthean of winter sports, this place is ideal for you. Another village that is worth your attention is Chocholow with its traditional wooden houses that have been built by the local highlanders many years ago.
