Your morning begins with hotel pickups from 7:30 AM as you travel along the Arnhem Highway toward the Adelaide River floodplains. Your guide, professional, certified, and rich in local NT knowledge, sets the scene with stories about crocodile behaviour, Top End ecology, traditional significance, and the diverse wildlife that thrives in this region. A short stop at Fogg Dam allows you to take in sweeping wetlands, waterbirds, and classic NT scenery before continuing to the river.

Board a custom-built, AMSA-certified river vessel with high sides and reinforced safety barriers designed specifically for crocodile country. With Coxswain-qualified guides at the helm, cruise through prime habitat for the Australian Saltwater Crocodile and observe these incredible animals displaying natural behaviours in their own environment.

Under a government-issued NT Parks & Wildlife permit, your guides conduct educational crocodile feeding demonstrations that allow natural movement without forced interaction. Introductory: Land-Based Barramundi Fishing (Catch & Release)
Try your hand at catching an iconic NT barramundi in a purpose-built, private aquaculture environment. Fully supervised and beginner-friendly, this catch-and-release activity uses sustainably sourced fish from our onsite farm. Caught fish are transferred to a recovery pond to reduce stress.
