Travel from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park, the fourth-largest national park in Tanzania. Enjoy a day game drive and a bush lunch during the break. Return to Dar es Salaam in the late afternoon.
You will be picked up early in the morning by car from your hotel for a transfer to the electric train station. Following this, you will depart from Dar es Salaam at 6:00 AM for Morogoro (approximately 1 hour 40 minutes). In Morogoro, you will meet our luxury Alphard transfer driver for the journey to Mikumi National Park (1 hour). Begin your safari game drive with our professional guide. During the game drive, you will have an opportunity to explore the wildlife of Mikumi National Park (lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes) and the natural environment of Tanzania. Experience a bush lunch in the afternoon. After lunch, continue with the game drive, then get driven back to the main gate for your transfer back to Morogoro at 4:00 PM. Once you arrive back in Morogoro, enjoy a transfer back to Dar es Salaam by evening train. Our driver will drop you off at your hotel.
