You will then visit our latest-generation stainless steel vat room, our traditional barrel cellar, and our amphora aging room. Let the games begin! Using the renowned “Le Nez du Vin” tool by Jean Lenoir, test your nose with 3 vials of typical red wine aromas (fruit, wood, spices, etc.) and 3 vials with wine defects (oxidation, cork, reduction).
