Due to high demand and government regulations, circuit availability is limited and varies in real time. Our local team will assist you in Aguas Calientes, providing personalized support throughout the entire ticket process to secure the best available option.
To maximize your chances of accessing one of the most requested circuits, you will need to arrive in Aguas Calientes 1 day in advance, so you can queue for your in-person tickets one day previous to your tour in somes cases but if we can secure ticket in advance we will let you know. During high season, arriving earlier can significantly improve availability.

Once your entry is secured, you will enjoy a private guided tour inside Machu Picchu, along with round-trip bus transportation between Aguas Calientes and the citadel.

Important: Circuit 2 or 3 is subject to availability at the time of purchase. If these circuits are sold out, alternative routes (such as Circuit 1 or other available circuits) will be assigned. Please note that arrival later than 7 am in the day significantly reduces the chances of obtaining tickets for any circuit.
