Overview

  • Experience Authentic Capoeira Where History Was Made!

Capoeira is more than a martial art — it is resistance, rhythm, ancestry, and freedom expressed through movement. Capoeira survived centuries of persecution and criminalization to become Brasil's most powerful cultural expression.

Your experience takes place at the historic first Capoeira school in Brasil. Training in this legendary space means stepping into an important chapter of Brazilian cultural history.

During the class, you will learn fundamental movements, attacks, defenses, body movement, and the dynamics of Capoeira. You will discover how rhythm and music are an essential part of the practice, guiding the movements and the flow.

Come ready to move! This is an active, beginner-level class where you will take part in the physical practice. You don't need previous experience, special flexibility, or a particular fitness level. Just come with an open mind, willingness to move, try something new, and enjoy the experience.
