During the journey to the Mirador del Canyon del Ouramento, you can see the mountain range of Cerro Crestón, important for its geological value, a geographical landmark that marks the watershed between different basins. Its summit consists of red and brown conglomerates of the La Yesera Formation, which have distinctive ridges. When you reach the summit, you will appreciate the imposing Oath Canyon with its scenic beauty and historical value. It is a deep canyon with multicolored walls, formed by the Oath River, which offers stunning scenery. In addition, the Oath River is named after General Manuel Belgrano who swore his troops fidelity to the Argentine flag.
