Raki or Greek coffee: Raki is a famous local drink CHEESE
PIES: small pies with homemade cheese and honey
CHORTOPITES: pies with many different wild greens
HOMEMADE CHEESE: Homemade cheese with fresh milk from sheep and goats
TZATZIKI: Strained yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, and olive oil
GREEK SALAD: Greek salad with homemade barley rusk, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, caper, olives, and of course enough olive oil
DOLMADAKIA: Stuffed vine leaves, and zucchini flowers with rice, vegetables, herbs, and olive oil
MAIN DISHES:
Mousaka: The famous Greek dish (potatoes, zucchini, aubergines, minced meat in tomato sauce, béchamel)
GIOUVETSI: Rooster with orzo in the wood oven
DESERT:
Greek Yogurt: Strained yoghurt or homemade ice cream with homemade fruit-sweet
BEVERAGES: Red Wine or White Wine

We cook .taste and share with them the magic of the traditional Cretan cuisine!! Seasonal greens, herbs, fruits, wild green, fresh milk, fresh meat, and of course the golden Cretan land olive oil. With these ingredients, we are preparing the dishes that are now by our grandmothers and are part of the Cretan's daily diet.
We wish to give our friends of Crete the experience of our true life and true traditional food, far from tourists.. During the lesson, we will give you useful information regarding the Cretan diet. At the end of the lessons we will have a gastronomic feast where you will enjoy all the dishes we have prepared together
