The story of our brewery is, above all, that of this Franco-Portuguese family who discovered their passion for craft beer in northern France, where they lived for a few years, before deciding to change their lives and return to share this passion and expertise in their region, where it all began, in the Algarve.

In the heart of the brewery, you will discover each stage of the beer-making process and its influence on the end product.
From its history spanning thousands of years to its extraordinary recent development, from its production to its tasting, beer will have no secrets left for you.

After exploring the diversity of flavors and sensory experiences offered by this precious beverage, the tour is followed by a tasting workshop where you will be introduced to the basics of zythology (the “science” of beer) through the various styles of beer brewed on site.
