In the first 15/20 minutes, we will do the mini-course for newbies. You will discover how simple and fun it is to slip on the water while paddling and standing on the SUP. We will teach you the basics and the basic technique before leaving for the tour along the cliff of the Sella del Diavolo promontory. one of the icons of Cagliari! We will sail slowly on the crystalline, emerald green waters among the faraglioni, close to the limestone cliff, accompanied by the song of the gulls and the cormorants that populate this magical place! We will make several stops in the natural pools, where we can snorkel, and we will land for a few minutes on a small pebble beach before leaving for Cala Fighera, passing in front of the entrance to the Grotta dei Colombi. In this cove, we could make another bath or snorkeling stop and then continue towards Calamosca, where we will enter a small cave. Weather conditions permitting, before leaving, a snack break is foreseen in the kiosk bar on the beach.
