Start from the center of Costigliole and head with your guide through the vineyards and dirt roads of the area
From here you will go towards Isola d'Asti. If its name suggests the sea, the only waves that can be seen on the horizon are those formed by the green hills of vineyards and woods.
Here you will find the best Fassona Piemontese meat farms and if you are lucky the farmers will take us to visit their stables. of Piedmontese Fassone (a native cow of the region). Then, follow your guide and you will arrive at a historic cellar in Isola d'Asti where you can taste a selection of their best Piedmontese red and white wines.
After a few drinks and some well-deserved relaxation, it's time to get back on the saddle. Cross the hills and admire verdant valleys, pedaling towards the vineyards of Barbera d'Asti and Moscato d'Asti
