Treat yourself to a break for body and mind with an open yoga class on the Costa de Cádiz, suitable for all skill levels. All you need is comfortable clothing – we'll take care of the rest. Depending on the session and availability, you can practice in a room with sea views or in a space within the natural park, so that the experience also includes a touch of nature and tranquility.

The activity lasts 1.5 hours and includes a complete and balanced workout. You will start with meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to ground yourself and connect with the present moment. Throughout the practice, you will combine twists, stretches, strengthening, balance, and a final relaxation, using an approach that prepares the body to enter a deeper, non-judgmental state of observation.

The class is based on Hatha Yoga (conscious movement to prepare for meditation) and incorporates elements from different approaches: Kundalini kriyas, Iyengar postures, Vinyasa sequences, and elements from Qigong and dance. Everything is designed to help you reset your mind, enhance your well-being, and leave feeling clear and energized.

Classes are offered in Spanish and English, making them an ideal option for both residents and visitors.
