Take an easy trek to Mt. Tapyas, the most popular viewpoint in Coron Town, offering sweeping views over the rolling hills & a direct look towards the epic Coron Island in Palawan. The view doesn’t come easily, though—reaching the giant cross at the summit requires climbing 721 steps. In the piercing sun of Coron, this challenge leaves many drenched in sweat & gasping for breath upon reaching the top. Learn about the fascinating historical lore of Mt. Tapyas, tied to WWII, although the story remains anecdotal & unverified.

End the tour with a relaxing dip in Maquinit Hot Spring (bring swimwear & a towel if you’d like to try it!).
