What you can expect

  • Discover the Cordovan Courtyards, known as patios in Spanish, a main attraction in Cordoba. Learn about the origin of the patios on this 2-hour tour around the Alcazar Viejo neighborhood, and visit the interior of well-preserved houses.

    The patios were declared a World Heritage tradition by UNESCO in 2012. Although they are beautiful throughout the year, the best time to visit is March, April or May.
    During the patios festival (1st fortnight of may) we will visit the Patios in the neighbourhoods of San Francisco and Santiago. These neighbourhoods are very popular in Cordoba and have some of the best patios of the festival.
