Your adventure begins at 6:00 a.m. with departure from La Palma in Puerto Jiménez to Los Patos Station, one of the most remote and least visited access points to Corcovado National Park. During the tour, you'll be able to admire the changing landscape as you approach the heart of one of the most biodiverse rainforests on the planet.

Upon entering the park, you'll embark on a guided hike along trails surrounded by primary and secondary forest. Throughout the tour, your guide will help you identify the flora and fauna typical of Corcovado, including monkeys, tropical birds, scarlet macaws, peccaries, coatis, sloths, and, with a little luck, some of the park's most iconic species. You'll also learn about the natural history of the area, the ecological interactions of the forest, and the conservation efforts that protect this extraordinary ecosystem.

The hike continues through lush landscapes, crossing small streams and observing giant trees that have stood for centuries. At noon, you'll enjoy lunch surrounded by nature near a beautiful waterfall, where you'll have time to rest, cool off, and take in the surroundings.

In the afternoon, you'll head back along the trail, with new opportunities to spot active wildlife during the cooler hours of the day. The experience ends around 3:00 p.m. with drop-off in La Palma de Puerto Jiménez, after an authentic immersion in the wild nature of Corcovado along the exclusive Los Patos route.
