After pickup from your hotel, head straight to Corcovado, the 2,329 feet (710-m) granite peak is located in Tijuca Forest National Park. Cross the park in an electric train and make your way to the top of the mountaintop, where you're greeted by the imposing beauty of the Christ the Redeemer statue.

Christ the Redeemer is a 98-foot (30-m) statue of Jesus Christ made from soapstone and designed in the Art Deco style. This strikingly beautiful effigy, gazing down upon the city with open arms, and is recognized as one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
