Begin with a convenient hotel pickup in a comfortable private vehicle, followed by a short drive to the Copolia trailhead where you meet your guide and receive a brief introduction to the hike. A backpack and trekking stick are provided if you do not have your own equipment. The hike starts through shaded forest and gradually becomes steeper, with root covered paths and exposed granite sections as elevation is gained.
