Get ready to experience the best the Limestone Coast has to offer on this full-day multi-activity tour. Start by exploring a Unesco world-heritage cave, then feast on delicious local produce before sipping the finest Coonawarra icon wines in a cellar dating back to the late 1800s. If that's not enough, start mixing your preferred gin and tonic in a luxurious private location. Immerse yourself in local history and round out your day by getting up close and personal with some Australian native animals at a private Kangaroo sanctuary.

After being collected from your Penola/Coonawarra accommodation, we'll head to the Unesco world-heritage Naracoorte Caves. Upon entering the Naracoorte Victoria Fossil Cave, you'll immediately be awestruck by the natural beauty that surrounds you. The cave's chambers are adorned with impressive stalactites and stalagmites, creating a surreal atmosphere. Soft lighting enhances the features of the cave while maintaining its natural ambience. You'll see the remains of long-extinct animals, including giant marsupials, ancient reptiles, and even the bones of the extinct marsupial lion.

We'll then head towards Coonawarra and your stunning dining experience with Ottelia for lunch. The menu at Ottelia showcases the best of regional produce, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. The talented chefs create dishes that celebrate flavours, presenting a fusion of modern Australian cuisine with international influences. (Drinks at own cost)

We then head to where it all started in Coonawarra back in 1896. Wynns Coonawarra (as it's been known since 1951) was our first winery built by founder, John Riddoch. At the stunning tasting bench, you’ll enjoy a private tasting of the Wynns Coonawarra Icon series of wines with senior staff. Following this, you’ll be taken on a private tour of the original wine cellar, exploring the history and legacy of this pioneering estate.

We have something special for you to enjoy at Parker Estate in Coonawarra. Yes, it is a very famous winery known for its cool climate Cabernet and Shiraz but it also has three distinct Gins on offer. The Parker team will have a delicious Gin flight waiting for you on arrival. Be guided through a vertical tasting of the Signature Dry Gin, Cabernet Gin, and an aromatic Rose Gin.

Our last stop of the day is something truly special! You will visit a private property in Penola that contains its own wildlife sanctuary that looks after kangaroos who have experienced the loss of their parents and cannot survive in the wild without assistance from the incredible owners of the property. During your visit, you may have the opportunity to feed kangaroos under the guidance of the owners. This is such a special experience and one that you'll be telling family & friends about for years to come.

On completion of the tour, we will return to your accommodation and bid you farewell.
