What you can expect

  • Together we will prepare a three-course meal, while enjoying snacks, prosecco and Sicilian wines throughout. We will learn how to make fresh pasta, condiments and sauces, and a traditional fish dish or dessert (vegetarian options available). After we finish preparing our food, we'll set the table on the terrace and feast al fresco.

    Dessert and dessert wine are provided at the end.

    Classes run every day from 11am-4pm (for private classes we can also be flexible). Small groups only, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people per class.

    Enjoy a few hours centred around FOOD (& drink).
