Kübra grew up in Gaziantep, one of Turkey's most celebrated food cities, and has been cooking since she was nine years old. She spent seven years working in international settings, cooking for and alongside people from all over the world: which means she knows exactly how to make Turkish culinary tradition accessible, personal, and genuinely interesting to an outside eye. You'll cook together side by side, preparing traditional dishes rooted in Anatolian home cooking. Kübra guides you through each step, sharing where the recipes come from, what makes Gaziantep cuisine distinct, and the stories that travel with the food. When everything is ready, you'll sit down together and eat what you made. No cooking experience needed.
