You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine and bigoli ( a tipical local spaghetti). We'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic and basil for spaghetti and evo oil, garlic and anchovy for bigoli and then we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine in a very family atmosphere.
