Pizza is one of the world’s most beloved symbols of Italian creativity, tradition and flavour. During this engaging pizza-making class, you will learn how to knead, shape and bake your own pizza using carefully selected local ingredients and authentic Sicilian flavours.

Upon request, the experience can also be adapted for vegetarian participants.

You will discover techniques, secrets and useful tips that will allow you to recreate the experience at home and surprise your friends and family with a delicious pizza made with your own hands.

The Cooking Class will continue with a special show-cooking session dedicated to one of Sicily’s most iconic desserts: the cannolo. You will learn how to fill its crispy shells according to Sicilian tradition.
