The experience consists of a small course of traditional local cuisine, with a choice of classic preparations from Southern Italy and subsequently a lunch or dinner with my family in a relaxed atmosphere.
I will welcome you to my trullo house and after meeting us sipping a good aperitif we will start preparing some of the dishes for the meal.
Depending on the season we will prepare a good first course of homemade pasta or a second course of meat with vegetables and there will be a typical local dessert.
Among the typical dishes we can choose between the classic pasta and turnips or the ragù of Sunday, the meatballs of bread or the meat chops with sauce and for the desserts, we can prepare the classic biscuits with almonds or a good tiramisu.
