Begin your adventure with a speedboat trip from Tróia to Portinho da Arrábida. Upon arrival, choose from one of three activities:

If you choose kayaking, begin with a safety and equipment briefing, as well as some basic handling and navigation techniques for the craft. Then, move through crystal-clear waters, exploring bays, caves, and hidden beaches.

For snorkeling, start with a briefing and a workshop on adapting to the aquatic habitat and equipment. Then, navigate in the support boat to explore the location of the day. Arrábida is a perfect marine sanctuary to enjoy this experience, with Atlantic coral reefs and gardens where you can observe some of the 1000+ species.

If you choose the adventure circuit, begin with an introduction to the equipment and safety rules. Then, go through a circuit with natural obstacles to overcome. There will be horizontal and vertical progressions, and passages through small caves in a unique natural environment.
