What you can expect

  • We will meet on the shore of the lake, opposite the entrance to the gardens of Villa Olmo;
    After we've gotten to know each other, I'll give everyone the materials they need to get started:

    • Board with watercolor paper
    • pencil
    • watercolor pencil
    • Ink pen
    • water brush
      We will look at the view of Lake Como, and I will give you some tips on how to effectively lay out your pencil work. After going over it with an ink pen, I will show you how to use watercolor pencils, how to create and layer colors, and how to create unexpected shades. Finally, with water brushes with reservoirs, I will guide you in transforming the drawing into a beautiful watercolor painting. Together, we will see how to reinforce the work or how to make it lighter. What is certain is that everyone will be pleased to create a sketch full of personality that is recognizable and different from the others!
