Reception of the guests with the welcome aperitif during which our painting will be in tasting - Negroamaro rosé IGP Salento accompanied by homemade friselline with fresh cherry tomatoes and our Jarche extra virgin olive oil.
Guided tour in the cellar and, during the tour in the barricia, tasting of a primitive stapled directly from the barrique. The same type of wine tasted in the barrique will then be tasted in the bottle (our primitive of Manduria DOP) to compare a wine in aging with the finished product, all accompanied by tasting of local production cheese.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our primitive of Manduria DOCG Natural Dolce accompanied by “hard pieces”, typical Apulian sweets rich in almonds.
A dinner in the cellar is followed by a dinner in an ancient semi-hypogeum oil mill with a typical Apulian menu based on the one expected daily by our chef (excluded wines) and overnight stay in a night in a double room with breakfast.
