Located on the slopes of the Poás Volcano, this guided tour takes you through planting your own coffee seed, learning the secrets of the harvest, and participating in the pulping, drying, hulling, roasting, and grinding of the coffee.
Taste your own cup of coffee prepared using a traditional Costa Rican method. Enjoy a tour that is completely accessible, unlike other tours where you have to go down stairs at the processing plant because of the type of machinery they have, or climb hills or slopes to enter the coffee plantation, which sometimes represents 50% of the activity.
Complete the tour 100% by senior citizens or people with mobility problems. Children are also given priority so that it's not a tour just for adults.
