Activity itinerary

SESSION STARTS 6:00 PM. We will work hands on from the very biggining. When we have the previous dry cocoa beans until we got the final creamy chocolate 100% dark and pure. We will do: * Roasting * Meanwhile we will prepare a bonus taste (iconic cocktail of Quito / cold canelazo) * Pealing * Graining * Mixing and tasting with local fruits All the experience will take place at my home.
