The Calanques National Natural Park offers numerous climbing sites and routes. It has been a historic climbing location since the 1970s.
Set off to discover heavenly corners of this region in a unique atmosphere with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop.
Thanks to the diversity of climbing sites surrounding the Calanques massif of Marseille, Cassis and La Ciotat, we offer sectors adapted to your physical level (from beginner to expert).
Even in the heart of winter, you can climb in the warmth sheltered from our dominant wind : the Mistral. You can work in pairs under the supervision of a State Climbing instructor.
Specialist in climbing in Provence with more than 36 years of practice and more than 26 years of professional supervision, I am passionate and a lover of the Calanques and Provence and I will do my best to meet your expectations.

• Learning progression techniques on rock : gestures, foot placement, etc.
• Learning how to handle ropes: knots, leading climbs, relays, etc.
