This experience begins where Mexican cuisine really begins: at the market. Together we go to the San Cosme Market, in the San Rafael colony, one of the most authentic in the city, to choose the ingredients with your own hands. Then we go to my house, learn how to make handmade corn tortillas, prepare 3 sauces that summarize centuries of Mexican gastronomy: a frit, a fresh and a tatemada. Each with a different technique. The menu is suitable for vegetarians and we can adapt it to any food restriction. When we finish, we eat what we cook. Delicious quesadillas, sauces and tortillas freshly made. We accompany with Jamaican water. You go home with three recipes that you can replicate, and with the seasoning that you only learn by doing it.
