Know before you book
- This tour operates all year round. Tour duration: 80 minutes. Meeting Point: 600 Broad Street (bus tour)
- 1st November - 16th April: 10am - 3pm, every 60 minutes. 17th April - 26th June*: 10am - 4pm, every 30 minutes. 27th June - 6th September: 10am - 5pm, every 20 minutes. 7th September - 31st October: 10am - 4pm, every 30 minutes. *Memorial Day Weekend (23rd & 24th May): 10am - 5pm, every 20 minutes
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
- Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Sky View Observatory - Please check locally for opening hours. Last entry is 1 hour before closing. Visit duration: 45 - 90 minutes. Look down on Seattle from a height of 275 metres!
- Sky View Observatory - Luggage and large bags cannot be accommodated in the observatory; there are no lockers or storage facilities. Prams/ strollers can be taken inside the observatory. Service animals are welcome. Sky View Observatory reserves the right to close for private events
- When customers are onboard the bus, they will receive instructions on how to download the Free Audio Walking Tour from PocketGuideApp to their phone and how to use it offline
- Arnocular: A free Extended Reality (XR) app is now available on the tours, plus commentary through one's own smartphone (only in English for now). This transforms how customers experience Seattle and syncs with the bus's location, ensuring every image and view appear exactly when they matter
