Know before you book

  • Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 8.45am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 6:30pm. Every 20 minutes until 3:30pm then every 30 minutes until 6:30pm. Tour duration: 150 minutes. Green Route Shuttle: First bus at 9:10am. Last bus at 5:30pm. Buses run every 90 minutes. Duration: 90 minutes
  • Blue Route - First tour at 9:30am. Last departure at 5:40pm from Stop 20 Marble Arch, Park Lane. Duration: 80 minutes. Frequency is every 45 minutes. Kids commentary: Blue Route - Mia Cloo's London Quest. Ask your driver for a free copy of our Mia Cloo's London Quest booklet in English
  • Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards

  • Stop 1 Belvedere Road is currently closed. The nearest pick-up point for Stop 1 is York Road - public stop outside the M&S store
  • Saturday 13th June: Due to road closures, Stops 25, 26 and 27 will be affected. Customers should proceed to Stops 24 and 10 instead. Stop 13 Buckingham Palace will be closed for the entire day. Customers should alight at Stop 16 Victoria Station and walk approximately 5 minutes to the Palace
